大型水氢冷发电机轴密封装配工艺研究

摘　　要：文章通过对轴密封瓦运行的垂直度允许偏差进行计算、对影响垂直度偏差的转轴挠度、制造因素逐一分析,提出了控制垂直度偏差值的技术方案。通过与多台份实际配加工数据进行对比后,确定了该技术方案可行性。实现了大型水氢冷发电机不穿转子总装满足支座配斜加工的工艺。After permitable vertical deviation for sealed bush operation is calculated,the shaft deflection and manufacturing deviation,by which the vertical deviation is influenced greatly,are analyzed,a technical scheme is put forward to control vertical deviation.This scheme is confirmed available through the comparison with a series of actual assembly data,thus,comes the truth that it is able to perform the generator’s final assembly without the rotor being installed in.
