摘  要:介绍了SVPI定子线圈的端部制造工艺和形状特点,叙述了常规的定子线圈形状测量之优缺点,同时介绍了一种新的三维测量技术,在定子线圈端部形状测量和分析中的应用。通过三维点云扫描和软件分析,得到准确的端部形状数据,实现整组线圈的三维虚拟装配,并已成功应用于多种SVPI定子线圈中。Manufacture process and shape features of the SVPI stator coil ends are introduced,advantages and disadvantages of the traditional method to measure stator coil shape are described,and meanwhile,a new application of 3D measuring technology into measurement and analysis of the stator coil shape is demonstrated.Accurate data of the coil ends obtained through 3D point cloud scanning and software’s analysis,is able to realize the virtual assembly of the whole group of stator coil,which has been already applied into various kind of the SVPI stator coil successfully.
