摘  要:在某电厂燃烧器安装过程中发现燃烧器喷口中心标高存在不一致情况,且同层燃烧器中心距也存在少量偏差,常州电厂要求对此问题进行评估,是否对今后燃烧器运行使用造成不良影响,是否需要采取补救措施。本文采用哈锅CFD燃烧数值模拟技术结合相关受热面传热计算程序,对炉内流场和温度场进行模拟分析,对比分析燃烧器安装位置的微小变化对炉膛出口的影响。During the installation of the burner in a power plant,it was found that there was an inconsistency in the center elevation of the burner nozzle,and there was also a small deviation in the center distance of the burner in the same layer.Changzhou Power Plant required to evaluate this problem and whether it would adversely affect the operation of the burner in the future.Whether remedial measures are needed.In this paper,the numerical simulation technology of CFD combustion is combined with the heat transfer calculation program of the relevant heating surface to simulate the flow field and temperature field in the furnace,and the influence of the small change of the burner installation position on the furnace outlet is compared and analyzed.
