摘　　要：本文分析了现阶段电力公司对电厂运行、维护的管理模式,讨论其先进性和不足,提出了以数据分析、先进控制和远程诊断为核心功能的智慧化电厂运维中心的设想。详细分析了智慧化运维中心各项功能以及组织结构,以及中心成立后能够起到的具体作用。论证了在当前形势下设立该运维中心的可行性和必要性。The main method for operating and maintenance of power plants by the power group is analyzed in this article.And both its advantages and disadvantages are mentioned too.This article makes a plan about Intelligent Operating and Maintenance Center(IOMC)for power plants.This center has three main functions,such as data analysis,advanced automatic control,and remote diagnosis.And this article also describes the structure of such center.Finally points out the feasibility and necessity of the IOMC.
