摘 要:以酒石酸钾钠为辅助剂,采用辅助水热法合成CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)发光材料。考察酒石酸钾钠的用量、离子掺杂浓度等对合成产物发光性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见吸收谱(DRS)、光致发光光谱(PL)等对样品的结构、形貌及其发光性能进行表征。实验结果表明:产物为四方晶相的CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)。当添加0.4 g酒石酸钾钠、掺杂浓度为5 mol%制备的CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)发光材料,在紫外光激发下发出不同颜色光。荧光强度是未添加酒石酸钾钠所得产物的2.1倍。the novel CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)Phosphors were synthesized by Hydrothermal Synthesis with potassium sodium tartrate Assisted.The effects of the quality of potassium sodium tartrate,the ratio percent of Tb^3+,Eu^3+,Dy^3+,and Sm^3+on luminescence of CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)were investigated in detail.and the sample of structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),UV-vis diffuse reflectance(DRS)and photoluminescence(PL).The results show that the product was polyhedron CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)with the Tetragonal structure;The Photoluminescence spectrum shows a strong PL emission peak from the production.The luminescence intensity of the CaWO4∶Ln^3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Dy,Sm)higher than the production obtained without potassium sodium tartrate Assisted.
