摘 要:以生料石灰碱釉为基础,通过四角配料法确定青瓷釉基础配方。在此基础上,外加还原剂硅粉在氧化气氛下成功制备青瓷釉。并借助于紫外可见分光光度计、XPS、TG-DSC进行分析。研究表明:自还原法制备青瓷釉最佳配方为:24%熔块、30%石英、24%长石、8%方解石、5%高岭土、3%滑石、4%氧化锌、2%氧化锡、1%氧化铁、0.4%硅粉,最佳烧成温度为1250℃;随着还原剂硅粉加入量的增加,硅粉与三氧化二铁氧化反原反应更加充分,使得釉面朝着青色调方向改变。与此同时釉内残余石英逐渐增多且尺寸变大,当硅粉加入量超过0.45wt%时釉面产生缺陷;其呈色机理为:随着还原剂硅粉加入量的提高,釉内Fe3+与Fe2+的含量比减少,且釉面在紫外区吸光性增强,即釉内二价铁离子的增加起到增色效应,故而呈青色。In this study, the base formula of celadon glaze was determined by the four-corner method based on the raw material lime alkali glaze. On this basis, with the addition of reducing agent silicon powder celadon glaze was prepared successfully under an oxidizing atmosphere. The analysis was carried out by means of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, XPS and TG-DSC. Studies have shown that the best formula for preparing celadon glaze by self-reduction method is: 24% frit, 30% quartz, 24% feldspar, 8% calcite, 5% kaolin, 3% talc, 4% zinc oxide, 2% tin oxide, 1% iron oxide, 0.4% silicon powder, the optimum firing temperature is 1250 ℃. With the increase of the amount of reducing agent silicon powder, the redox reaction between silicon powder and ferric oxide is more complete, making the glaze surface to change into the green hue direction. At the same time, the residual quartz in the glaze gradually increases and the size becomes larger. When the amount of silicon powder added exceeds 0.45 wt%, the glaze surface is defective. The coloring mechanism is: with the increase of the amount of reducing agent silicon powder, the content ratio of Fe3+ and Fe2+ in the glaze is decreased, and the light absorption performance of glaze surface in the ultraviolet region is enhanced, that is, the increase of ferrous ions in the glaze serves as a color enhancement effect, so it appears cyan.
