摘 要:以崇左市崇左大桥施工为背景,重点介绍了主桥为(105+190+105)m曲塔宽梁矮塔斜拉桥的技术研究.对施工阶段的关键技术进行了探讨,包括深水裸岩河床条件下大型群桩基础施工、双肢柔性Y型桥墩施工、曲线钢混组合塔柱施工、超宽变截面PC箱梁大节段悬浇等关键技术.通过开展这些关键技术研究,取得的创新成果成功解决了崇左大桥建造技术难题,确保了工程质量和施工安全.成果推广应用前景广阔,对我国类似桥梁建造具有借鉴作用.Based on the construction of Chongzuo Bridge in Chongzuo,this paper focused on the technical research of curved pylon wide beam low pylon cable-stayed bridge with the main bridge of(105+190+105)m.The key technologies in the construction stage were discussed,including the construction of large pile group foundation under the conditions of deep water and exposed rook river bed,the construction of double-leg flexible Y-shaped pier,the construction of curved steel-concrete composite tower column,and large segment cantilever casting of PC box girder with ultra wide variable section.Based on the research of the above key technologies,the innovative achievements have successfully solved the technical difficulties in the construction of Chongzuo Bridge and ensured the quality and safety of the project.The results have broad application prospects and can be used for reference for similar bridge construction in China.
