摘  要:在黄土地区修建城市地铁浅埋大断面隧道,选择一套安全可靠的施工方案及高效合理的施工方法十分重要.本文以西安地铁临潼线一期PPP项目为例,针对暗挖隧道大断面施工中存在的超长管棚施工精度低、工序转换多、隧道成洞效率低等问题,分析了工程施工的重难点,结合现场施工效果,提出了双侧壁导坑法隧道施工中长管棚高精度打设技术,而且通过对比暗挖隧道出土方式,发现上下导洞同时出土能极大地提高隧道成洞效率,为以后类似工程提供参考.It is very important to choose a scheme with safety and reliance and a method with effectiveness and rationality in construction of shallow-buried large section tunnel of urban metro in loess area.Taking the PPP project of Lintong line in phase 1 of Xi'an metro as an example,the paper analyzed the key and difficult points of engineering construction in view of the problems existed in the construction of underground excavated tunnel with large section,such as low precision for super long pipe shed,many process conversions and low efficiency of tunnel formation.In combination with the field application effect,the paper put forward the high precision construction technology of long pipe shed in the construction of double-sided guiding tunnel.By comparing the excavation methods of underground excavated tunnels,it was found that the simultaneous excavation of upper and lower guiding holes could greatly improve the efficiency of tunneling.It could offer a reference for similar projects in the future.
