摘 要:为了更好地了解蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合机组的性能,从其基本原理出发,概述了其在设计中所使用的工作原理.同时,结合蒸发冷却冷水机组的热工参数分析,了解了其在设计使用过程中的计算原理.结合实际的蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合机组,研究了立管间接蒸发冷却换热器﹑表冷却器﹑冷却填料段等对蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合机组的环境湿球温度﹑制取冷水温度﹑空气换热器处理后的湿球温度产生的影响.验证了在同样的蒸发冷却机组制冷量情况下,蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合机组所制取的冷水温度与湿球温度变化相一致.In order to better understand the performance of evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration composite units,from the basic principle,the working principle used in the design is outlined.At the same time,combined with the analysis of the thermal parameters of the evaporative cooling chiller,the calculation principle of the design process is introduced.Combined with the actual evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration compound unit,the influence of riser indirect evaporative cooling heat exchanger,surface cooler,cooling sectionpacking on the ambient wet bulb temperature of the evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration compound unit are studied,as well as its cold water temperature,and the wet bulb temperature after air heat exchanger treatment.It is verified that the temperature of the cold water produced by the evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration combined unit is consistent with the change of the wet bulb temperature under the same cooling capacity of the evaporative cooling unit.
