摘  要:双层玻璃幕墙已广泛应用于现代建筑中,不仅对建筑的室内光环境有一定影响,作为外围护结构,它直接影响着建筑的供暖和空调能耗.以天津一双层玻璃幕墙办公楼为研究对象,探究双层玻璃幕墙和位置高度对室内光环境的影响.并在此基础上,应用ECOTECT软件分析了幕墙性能参数对光环境及空调采暖能耗的影响.结果表明:双层玻璃幕墙使室内照度有所降低,但大幅度提高了室内照度均匀度;窗墙比和内幕墙玻璃透光率对空调采暖能耗均有较大影响.The double-skin fa?ade has been widely used in modern buildings.It not only has a certain influence on the indoor lighting environment of the building,but also has a direct influence on the heating and air-conditioning energy consumption of the building as an external protective structure.An office building with double-skin fa?ade in Tianjin is taken as the experimental subject,exploring the influence of the DSF,room location height on the indoor light environment.On this basis,ECOTECT software is applied to simulate the effects of different performance parameters of the fa?ade on indoor light environment and air-conditioning and heating energy consumption.The results indicated that,the DSF greatly improves the indoor illumination uniformity while reducing the indoor illumination;the window to wall ratio and the inner fa?ade transmittance have a great influence on the energy consumption of the air-conditioning and heating.
