摘　　要：近年来,知识产权强国建设背景下,国家知识产权局把“推进国家知识产权大数据中心建设”作为重点工作。知识产权数据标准是建设知识产权大数据中心的重要前提,也是提供知识产权信息公共服务的重要基础。在厘清中国知识产权数据标准的现状的基础上,指出中国的知识产权数据标准存在数据标准不成体系、数据元素不够丰富、标准意识不高、国际影响力不足等问题,并提出针对性的改进建议。此外,为了支撑知识产权大数据中心的建设,从构建目标、构建原则和构建方案等方面提出了统一的知识产权数据标准体系的构建框架。In recent years,China National Intellectual Property Administration takes"promoting the construction of national intellectual property big data center"as the key work,under the background of building a powerful intellectual propertycountry.Intellectual property data standard is an important prerequisite for constructing the intellectual property big data center,and also an important basis for providing public services of the intellectual property information.On the basis of clarifying the current situation of China's intellectual property data standards,it is found that China's intellectual property data standards have problems that the data standards are not systemized,data elements are insufficient,the awareness towards standards is poor,and international influence is weak;and targeted measures for improving the intellectual property data standards are proposed.Furthermore,a framework on the construction of unified intellectual property data standard system is put forward from the aspects of construction objectives,construction principles and construction schemes,to support the construction of the intellectual property big data center.
