摘　　要：目的研究足部护理对于糖尿病患者在周围神经病变预后的影响。方法择选该院2018年3月-2019年2月期间收治的74例并发周围神经病变糖尿病患者开展课题研究。结果实验组患者接受护理后血流动力学指标优于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者接受护理后下肢胫后神经和腓神经传导速度高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足部护理干预应用于发生周围神经病变的糖尿病患者中,可有效改善其血流动力学和下肢感觉神经传导速度,值得在临床上进行应用推行。Objective To study the effect of foot care on the prognosis of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy.Methods 74 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected to carry out the research. Results The hemodynamic indexes of the experimental group after nursing were better than those of the conventional group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the conduction velocity of the posterior tibial nerve and peroneal nerve of the lower limbs in the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the conventional group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of foot nursing intervention in diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve hemodynamics and sensory nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs, which is worthy of clinical application.
