老年性糖尿病足皮肤破溃感染的护理及自我防护探讨

摘　　要：目的对老年性糖尿病组皮肤破溃感染的护理及自我防护进行探究。方法选取2017年11月-2019年6月内的患者,共80例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础之上,进行自我防护护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理效果以及治愈效果得到了显著的提升,有效率达到了95%,对照组患者有效率为80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在目前临床治疗当中,在老年性糖尿病患者出现足皮肤破溃感染之后,在常规护理的基础上加以自我防护,能够显著的提升护理效果,提升痊愈率,同时缩短恢复时间,临床推广价值较高。Objective To explore the nursing and self-protection of skin ulceration infection in elderly diabetic patients.Methods 80 patients from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given self-protection nursing on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared. Results The nursing effect and cure effect of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved, the effective rate was 95%, and the effective rate of the patients in the control group was 80%, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the current clinical treatment, self-protection on the basis of routine nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect, improve the recovery rate, shorten the recovery time, and have a higher clinical popularization value after the outbreak of foot skin infection in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
