摘　　要：目的探讨不同护理方法在下肢深静脉血栓患者静滴治疗中的护理效果对比。方法选择2018年1月-2019年5月下肢深静脉血栓患者64例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=32例)和观察组(n=32例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合护理干预,1个月护理后评估患者效果,比较两组护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理后1个月护理方法、护理效果及护理内容满意度,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理过程中药物外漏、穿刺点感染、穿刺点水肿发生率,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理干预用于下肢深静脉血栓患者静滴治疗中有助于提高满意度,降低不良事件发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of different nursing methods in intravenous drip therapy of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients. Methods 64 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs from January2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=32 cases) and observation group(n=32 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given combined nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. After one month of nursing, the effect of patients was evaluated, and the nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results One month after nursing, the satisfaction of nursing method, nursing effect and nursing content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of drug leakage, puncture point infection and puncture point edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in intravenous drip therapy for patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities can improve satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of promotion and application.
