肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素及护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素及护理对策。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在该院诊治的肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓患者80例,随机划分为2组,每组40例,40例作为对照组,对照组采用常规护理;40例作为观察组,对观察组采用综合护理干预,实验结束后根据2组患者的护理有效率,满意度等方面进行评分。结果根据实验期间数据最后分析为:使用综合护理的观察组病患总的护理效果及满意度均要高于对照组;并发症低于对照组,观察组病患的身体健康程度明显高于对照组,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析综合护理具有较佳的效果,不仅能有效的护理病患的病情,提高病患的满意度,还能减少病患的疼痛,是值得推广的护理路径。Objective To analyze the risk factors and nursing strategies of nephrotic syndrome with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods 80 cases of nephrotic syndrome with deep venous thrombosis,from January 20016 to December 2018, of lower extremity were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, 40 cases in the control group, routine nursing in the control group;40 cases in the observation group, comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group. After the end of the experiment, the nursing efficiency of the two groups was satisfactory. Grading in degree and other aspects. Results According to the data during the experiment, the final analysis was as follows: the overall nursing effect and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the complications were lower than those in the control group;the health level of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The analysis of comprehensive nursing has a better effect. It can not only effectively nursing patients’ condition,improve patients’ satisfaction, but also reduce patients’ pain. It is worth promoting the nursing path.
