卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防和护理

摘　　要：目的分析卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓预防和护理的方法。方法选择2017年6月-2018年6月,在该院就诊的外科的患者,总共有64例,将他们作为研究对象,分别分成两个小组,一组是对照组,一组是观察组,每组有32例患者,对照组进行常规的护理方法,而对观察组采取下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理方面的干预措施,在两组患者实施不同的方法进行结果的分析。结果观察组发生深静脉血栓的概率为8.64%,对照组为28.30%,两组差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组采取护理干预之后,患者比较满意,为93.75%,而对照组为75.00%,观察组比对照组有更高的满意度,而且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对下肢深静脉血栓的形成,如果积极采取预防的措施,可以比较明显的降低血栓形成的概率,进行有效的护理方面的干预,能够提高患者的满意度,在临床上值得进一步推广和使用。Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing methods of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in bedridden patients. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 64 surgical patients in our hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups. One group was the control group and the other group was the observation group. There were 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods, while the observation group was given deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. The preventive and nursing interventions were formed and the results were analyzed by different methods in the two groups.Results The probability of deep venous thrombosis was 8.64% in the observation group and 28.30% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance,P<0.05. After nursing intervention, the patients in the observation group were more satisfied(93.74%) than those in the control group(75.00%). The observation group had higher satisfaction than the control group, and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion For the formation of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities, if preventive measures are taken actively, the probability of thrombosis can be significantly reduced, effective nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion and use in clinic.
