延续性护理干预在肺癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的护理研究

摘　　要：目的分析和探究延续性护理干预在肺癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的影响。方法在该次参与实验的50例患者中,所有患者均来自2016年3月-2018年7月在该院接受治疗的肺癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者,将其分成两组(实验组和对照组),对照组实施传统护理,实验组患者实施延续性护理,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组患者的临床有效率高于对照组患者的临床有效率,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌合并下肢深静脉血栓患者实施延续性护理干预,具有较高的临床效果和价值。Objective To analyze and explore the effect of continuing nursing intervention on lung cancer patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 50 patients who participated in the experiment were all from March 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group). The control group was given traditional nursing and the experimental group was given continuous nursing. The two groups were compared. Clinical effect. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for lung cancer patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities has high clinical effect and value.
