摘　　要：目的对比研究中西医结合护理对狼疮性肾炎并发血栓感染性下肢深静脉炎患者的干预效果。方法选取1例收治的患者为研究对象,采用中西医结合护理,观察疗效。结果经过8 d的治疗,左下肢疼痛和水肿得到改善患者各项检验指标恢复正常,治愈后出院。结论西医结合护理对狼疮性肾炎并发血栓感染性下肢深静脉炎患者有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on patients with lupus nephritis complicated with thrombotic infectious lower extremity deep phlebitis. Methods One patient was enrolled in the study. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine was used to observe the curative effect.Results After 8 days of treatment, the pain and edema of the left lower extremity were improved. The test indicators returned to normal and discharged after treatment. Conclusion Western medicine combined with nursing has a good effect on patients with lupus nephritis complicated with thrombotic infective lower extremity deep phlebitis, which is worthy of clinical application.
