摘 要:继续教育培训是提升教师专业化水平的重要途径。该研究通过问卷调查方法,对特殊教育学校教师的继续教育培训进行了调查,发现贵州省教师们平时自主学习时间少;大多数教师愿意参加培训,但受到时间、机会等因素的影响;教师对希望接受的培训的理解与已接受的培训有一些出入。因此,该研究认为在今后的培训中要发扬优点,改善不足;合理安排教师工作,留足自主学习时间;利用分享交流会,克服时间、机会的影响;结合教师理解,贴近实际开展培训工作。Continuing education and training is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers.Through questionnaire survey,this study investigated the continuing education and training of teachers in special education schools,and found that teachers in Guizhou province have less time for independent study.Most teachers are willing to participate in the training,but they are affected by factors such as time and opportunity.There are some differences between the teachers'understanding of the training they wish to receive and the training they have received.Therefore,this study thinks that in the future training should carry forward the advantages and improve the deficiencies;arrange teachers'work reasonably and leave enough time for independent study;use sharing meetings to overcome the influence of time and opportunities;combined with the understanding of teachers and close to the actual training work.
