摘 要:安徽霍邱等地磁铁矿矿石结晶粒度细,以磁铁矿为主,采用磁选、重选相结合流程,可以获得铁品位64.14%的精矿。为了进一步提高最终精矿品位,采用TM系列塔磨机进行精矿再磨再选的流程试验研究。试验结果表明:TM系列塔磨机可以获得-45μm含量为95%以上的矿石细度,配合一段磁选工艺流程,可以获得全铁品位为68.11%,磁性铁回收率为98.43%的合格精矿产品。增加该流程具有简洁、生产成本低的特点,同时精矿品质更高。The magnetite ore of Anhui Huoqiu and other places has fine crystal grain size and is mainly composed of magnetite.The combination of magnetic separation and re-election can obtain 64.14%concentrate of iron grade.In order to further improve the final concentrate grade,the TM series tower mill is used for the process test of re-grinding and re-concentration of concentrate.The test results show that:TM series tower mill can obtain ore fineness of-45 Mm content of more than 95%,and with a magnetic separation process it can obtain qualified concentrate with total iron grade of 68.11%and magnetic iron recovery rate of 98.43%.product.The process is simple and the production cost is low,and the quality of the concentrate is higher.
