摘　　要：利用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件,结合现场实际测量的参数,对36U型钢精轧过程进行轧制模拟。根据模拟结果,分析精轧过程中金属流动规律。结果表明:36U型钢在精轧过程中,腰部和腿部的金属流动较小,耳垂处的金属流动较大且复杂,为36U型钢生产实践提供一定的参考。In this paper,the MSC.Marc finite element analysis software is used to simulate the rolling process of the 36U section steel finishing process in combination with the actual measured parameters.According to the simulation results,the metal flow during the finishing rolling process is analyzed.The results show that during the finishing rolling process,the metal flow in the waist and leg is small,but the metal flow in the earlobe is large and complicated.The research results provide a certain reference for the production practice of 36U section steel.
