夏橘化瘀胶囊对严重冠心病三支病变患者左室重构及心血管事件的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察夏橘化瘀胶囊对严重冠心病三支病变患者左室重构的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取严重冠心病三支病变患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加夏橘化瘀胶囊。采用GE VIVID E9心血管彩超观察治疗3个月后两组患者左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室重量指数(LVMI)和室壁运动指数(WMI)的变化,治疗3个月后两组患者血脂变化情况,并随访3个月内心血管事件发生情况,记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组LVEDD、LVESD、LVMI、WMI均较治疗前改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前改善,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:夏橘化瘀胶囊可明显改善严重冠心病三支病变患者的左室重构情况,减少心血管事件的发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaju Huayu capsule on ventricular remodeling and cardiovascular events in patients with triple-vessel coronary artery disease.Methods:Patients with triple-vessel coronary artery disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional drug theraty of coronary heart disease,and the treatmeat group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment plus Xiaju Huayu capsule.These therapies were lasted for 3 months.Some indices being observed by the two-dimensional echocardiography were compared before and after treatment including the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)、the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)、the left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and the wall motion index(LVMI).Blood lipid levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment.The cardiovascular events were followed up for 3 months and observe the adverse reaction of two groups of patients.Results:LVEDD、LVESD、LVMI and LVMI of the two groups were better compared with before treatmeat(P<0.05).LVEDD、LVESD、LVMI and LVMI of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCHO、TG and LDL-C of the two groups were better compared with before treatmeat(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiovascular events of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events showed no difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiaju Huayu capsule can significantly improve the ventricular remodeling and cardiovascular events in patients with triple-vessel coronary artery disease.
