摘　　要：目的:观察四川文氏皮科流派协定方治疗慢性湿疮的临床疗效。方法:将符合慢性湿疮及中医湿热蕴肤证、脾虚湿蕴证、血虚风燥证证候诊断的患者纳入观察,分别给予相应中药口服,在治疗前及治疗4周后进行皮损面积、EASI评分及瘙痒评分比较。结果:慢性湿疮患者在治疗4周后,各证候患者皮损面积、EASI评分及瘙痒评分均明显下降,治疗前后差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗4周后临床疗效评价,取得痊愈49例,显效125例,总显效率为62.8%;在治疗结束6月后对取得痊愈和显效的患者回访,共随访160例,痊愈患者增加到101例,复发39例,总体复发率为24.4%。结论:运用四川文氏皮科流派协定方治疗慢性湿疮可显著降低其皮损面积百分比、EASI评分及瘙痒评分,取得满意疗效。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Sichuan Wen’s dermatological cipher prescription for chronic eczema.Methods:Enrolled patients were grouped into damp and heat storage in skin syndrome,damp storage due to spleen deficiency syndrome,wind dryness due to blood deficiency syndrome.Patients were prescribed corresponding TCM oral medications and were evaluated size of lesion,EASI score and pruritus score before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,size of lesion,EASI and pruritus scores of all patients significantly decreased(P<0.01);4 weeks after the treatment,49 cured,125 responded,the overall efficacy was 62.8%;6 months after the treatment,160 patients were followed-up,101 were cured,39 had a relapse,the overall recurrence rate was 24.4%.Conclusions:Sichuan Wen’s dermatological cipher prescription effectively reduced size of lesion,EASI and pruritus scores of chronic eczema.
