经方组方特色与临证应用思路

摘　　要：经方之诞生,为中医临证用药奠定了坚实基础。经方组方特色是药精方简,剂型多样;经方制剂有大小峻缓之别,方药煎煮与服法有严格要求与区别;经方运用君臣佐使配伍理论立方,用药规范严格,合理得当,且随证加减变化又极为灵活,有些用药方法已超越君臣佐使配伍理论,给治疗复杂疾病指出了思路;经方药物组成与治法有内在不可分割的联系,基本贯穿了方从法立,法从方出,法方一体的精神;经方最大特点是方证对应,临证强调随证治之,随机用药,故一方能治多病、一病能用多方。后世临床医家根据仲景论治疾病理法方药一线贯通精神,临证有用经方原方治病者,也有用经方加味或经方加时方治病者,或根据仲景辨证思维思想与经方所包含的治法而自立新方者,均能取得满意疗效。The birth of the prescription has laid a solid foundation for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.The prescription is characterized by herbal essence prescription and various dosage forms;there are differences in the size of prescription and strict requirements and differences between recipe decoction and medicine taking.By using the theory of compatibility,the medication specification is strict and reasonable.And it is very flexible to add or subtract with the certificate,some drugs go beyond the compatibility theory,it points out the way to treat complex diseases.The composition and treatment of prescription drugs are inextricably linked,basically through the square from the law,method out of the party,it embodies the spirit of combining law and prescription.The biggest characteristic of prescription is the correspondence of prescription and syndrome.Clinical syndrome emphasizes treating with syndrome and taking drugs randomly.Therefore,one side can treat multiple diseases and one disease can be used in many ways.Later on,according to the principle of Zhong Jing theory of treating diseases and the first-line spirit of the law prescription,clinical doctors used the original prescription to treat diseases,and also used the modified prescription or the added time prescription to treat diseases,or according to Zhong Jing dialectical thinking thought and the treatment method contained in the formula and independent new formula,can obtain satisfactory effect.
