摘 要:本文以汤剂煎煮工艺中加水量参数为主要论述对象,通过对《伤寒论》中一方一工艺与现阶段汤剂煎煮主体多元化和加水量计算方式多样化的现状进行比较,及对当前有关加水量参数的研究和论述的文献的归纳和总结,发现当前对于汤剂加水量参数研究的程度仍旧不够深入和系统。而按照近期“标准汤剂”等相关研究的要求,煎煮工艺条件需在一定程度上保证提取质量的一致性,对于处方用药各异的医院代煎汤剂而言,加水量参数的选择应当综合考虑到不同饮片吸水系数及药效成分特性的差异等多方面因素。因此在保证药效成分提取程度和效率的基础上,对不同处方的加水量参数仍需进行深入系统的分类及细化计算方法,以满足临床用药的需求。This paper mainly discusses the parameters of adding water quantity in decoction boiling process,by compares the process of one prescription and one process in treatise on febrilious diseases with the diversification of the main body of decoction and the calculation method of adding water,and summarize the current research on adding water quantity parameters,the results show that the current research on the parameters of dosage of decoction is still not thorough and systematic.According to the recent“standard decoction”and other relevant research requirements,the extraction process conditions should ensure the consistency of extraction quality to some extent.For hospital soups the parameters of adding water amount should consider the differences of water absorption coefficient and pharmacodynamic composition of different pieces.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the extraction degree and efficiency of active ingredients,further systematic classification and detailed calculation methods are still needed for adding water quantity parameters of different prescriptions to meet clinical needs.
