摘 要:采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO)并通过水合肼还原制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO),利用RGO对聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)/聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺(PSA)复合薄膜进行抗静电性能改性;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、表面电阻率和体积电阻率、热失重(TG)、介电常数和介电损耗、力学性能对复合薄膜进行了分析测试。结果表明,通过SEM发现,RGO与PMIA和PSA的相容性良好,RGO被包埋在高分子基体中形成海参状结构;当RGO质量分数为2%时,PMIA/PSA/RGO复合薄膜的体积电阻率为107Ω·cm,相比PMIA/PSA复合薄膜下降了10个数量级,表面电阻率为109Ω,下降了8个数量级,达到了抗静电薄膜的要求;通过TG测试表明,RGO有利于提高复合薄膜的热分解温度和热稳定性;当RGO质量分数为0.5%时,PMIA/PSA/RGO复合薄膜的拉伸强度达到116.34 MPa,比PMIA/PSA薄膜提高了33.72%,断裂伸长率达到137%,比改性前提高了70%;随着RGO含量的增加,介电常数增大,介电损耗较小,薄膜绝缘性能降低。Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by modified Hummers method and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)was prepared by hydrazine hydrate reduction method.The antistatic properties of poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide(PMIA)/polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide(PSA)composite membranes were modified by RGO.The composite membranes were characterized by SEM,surface and volume resistivity,TG,dielectric constant,dielectric loss and mechanical properties.The results show that RGO has good compatibility with PMIA and PSA by SEM,and RGO was embedded in the polymer body to form sea cucumber-like structure.When the RGO mass fraction is 2%,the volume resistivity is 107Ω·cm,which is reduced by 10 orders of magnitude,and the surface resistivity is 109Ω,which is reduced by 8 orders of magnitude,compared with pure PMIA/PSA composite membrane,meeting the requirements of antistatic membranes.TG test show that RGO is beneficial to improve the thermal decomposition temperature and thermal stability of the composite membranes.When the mass fraction of RGO is 0.5%,the tensile strength reaches 116.34 MPa,which is 33.72%higher than the unmodified one,and the elongation at break reaches 137%,which is 70%higher than the pure PMIA/PSA membrane.With the increase of RGO content,the dielectric constant of the membrane increases,the dielectric loss is small,and the insulating properties of the membranes are lowered.
