老年2型糖尿病患者不同病程心脏超声心动图改变的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨对于不同病程的老年2型糖尿病患者心脏超声心动图改变情况。方法选取该院于2018年1月—2019年1月期间收治的135例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据患者病程将其分为1~5年(A组58例),6~10年(B组40例),10年以上(C组37例)。对3组患者超声心动图指标进行分析与比较。结果3组中,左室壁厚度、左心室重量及二、三尖瓣E峰与A峰比值最高为C组,其次为B组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病病程增加便会随之增加其左心室质量与左心室后壁厚度,且心脏舒张功能障碍发生率呈现上升趋势。Objective To investigate the changes of cardiac echocardiography in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with different disease duration.Methods A total of 135 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into 1-5 years according to the patient's course(58 cases in group A),6~10 years(40 cases in group B),more than 10 years(37 cases in group C).The echocardiographic indexes of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results In the three groups,the left ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular mass and the ratio of E and tricuspid E peaks to peak A were the highest in group C,followed by group B and group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The increased course of type 2 diabetes in the elderly will increase the left ventricular mass and left ventricular posterior wall thickness,and the incidence of diastolic dysfunction will increase.
