甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗糖尿病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗糖尿病临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月—2018年8月收治该院80例糖尿病患者作为该次研究患者或研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将80例糖尿病患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗;对照组、实施甘精胰岛素治疗,对比患者的治疗效果以及剂量、血糖合格时间。结果对比甘精胰岛素使用剂量,观察组vs对照组[(16.12±1.34)U vs(30.69±1.57)U];差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血糖合格时间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组治疗有效率比,实验组患者的治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗糖尿病临床疗效十分显著,值得研究。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of diabetes.Methods Patients with diabetes were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 80 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups,including the observation group and the implementation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide,the implementation of insulin glargine treatment,compare the patient's treatment effect and the dose,blood glucose qualified time.Results Compared with the dose of insulin glargine,the observation group vs control[(16.12±1.34)U vs(30.69±1.57)U];the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant of the difference in the blood glucose qualified time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency was higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of diabetes is very significant and worthy of study.
