摘  要:铜电解黄渣由铜电解净化系统脱铜后液浓缩而成,主要成分为NiSO 4和H 2 SO 4,还有Co、Cu、Fe、Pb、Zn、Mn、Cd、Ca、Mg、Na等多种金属杂质。该物料通常并入镍原料处理系统,经浸出、除铁、除钙镁、硫化沉淀、蒸发结晶等道工序产出工业硫酸镍产品,生产流程长,加工费用高。使用湍流电积工艺可以获得电积铜、电积镍产品,实现黄渣资源化回收。Yellow slag(also known as crude nickel sulfate)is concentrated from the liquid after copper removal by copper electrolytic purification system.The main components are NiSO 4 and H 2SO 4.There are also many metal impurities such as Co,Cu,Fe,Pb,Zn,Mn,Cd,Ca,Mg,Na and so on.The material is usually incorporated into the nickel raw material treatment system,and the industrial nickel sulfate products are produced through leaching,iron removal,calcium and magnesium removal,sulfide precipitation,evaporation and crystallization processes.The production process is long and the processing cost is high.Turbulent electrowinning process can be used to obtain copper and nickel electrowinning products and realize yellow slag recycling.
