低分子量肝素与普通肝素在心内科急诊患者救治中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析低分子量肝素及普通肝素在心内科急诊患者中的应用效果。方法114例心内科急诊患者,根据电脑随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组患者接受普通肝素治疗,观察组患者接受低分子量肝素治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者的总有效率98.25%(56/57)显著高于对照组的87.72%(50/57),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的社会功能、生理职能、情感角色、生理功能、精神功能评分分别为(57.11±3.87)、(71.98±4.98)、(69.11±4.98)、(58.11±2.76)、(81.76±5.87)分,均显著高于对照组的(46.76±3.65)、(61.54±4.76)、(61.76±4.65)、(44.65±2.65)、(75.76±5.98)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心内科急诊患者运用低分子量肝素治疗能够获得更好的效果,患者生存质量显著改善,值得临床推广。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of low molecular weight heparin and ordinary heparin in emergency patients of cardiology department. Methods A total of 114 emergency patients of cardiology department were divided into observation group and control group according to computer random grouping method, with 57 cases in each group. The control group received ordinary heparin for treatment, and the observation group received low molecular weight heparin for treatment. The clinical efficacy and quality of life score between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate 98.25%(56/57) in the observation group was significantly higher than 87.72%(50/57) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The social function, physiological function, emotional role, physiological function and mental function score were(57.11±3.87),(71.98±4.9),(69.11±4.98),(58.11±2.76) and(81.76±5.87) points respectively in the observation group, which were significantly higher than(46.76±3.65),(61.54±4.76),(61.76±4.65),(44.65±2.65) and(75.76±5.98) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has better effect in patients of cardiology department, and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
