摘 要:目的探讨甲疏咪唑联合泼尼松治疗甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床安全性。方法80例甲状腺功能亢进症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予甲巯咪唑治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合泼尼松治疗。观察比较两组患者三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平分别为(1.92±0.37)ng/ml、(9.84±1.98)μg/dl、(6.34±4.17)pg/ml、(1.23±0.45)ng/dl,均低于对照组的(2.64±0.81)ng/ml、(11.64±2.15)μg/dl、(8.32±4.15)pg/ml、(2.34±0.87)ng/dl, TSH水平(2.45±1.04)UIU/ml高于对照组的(0.34±0.01)UIU/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为7.50%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合泼尼松治疗甲状腺功能亢进症效果显著,且不良反应发生情况较低,值得在临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical safety of thiamazole combined with prednisone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods A total of 80 hyperthyroidism patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thiamazole, and the experimental group was treated with prednisone on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on levels of triiodothyronine(T3), thyroxine(T4), free triiodothyronine(FT3), free thyroxine(FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The levels of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 were(1.92±0.37) ng/ml,(9.84±1.98) μg/dl,(6.34±4.17) pg/ml and(1.23±0.45) ng/dl respectively in the experimental group, which was lower than(2.64±0.81)ng/ml,(11.64±2.15) μg/dl,(8.32±4.15) pg/ml and(2.34±0.87) ng/dl in the control group. The level of TSH was(2.45±1.04) UIU/ml in the experimental group, which was higher than(0.34±0.01) UIU/ml in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00% in the experimental group, which was 7.50% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Thiamazole combined with prednisone shows significant effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with lower incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
