保妇康栓联合清带汤治疗老年阴道炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价保妇康栓联合清带汤治疗老年阴道炎患者的临床疗效。方法60例老年阴道炎患者,采取信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组单纯应用保妇康栓治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合清带汤熏洗治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后中医症候积分、局部体征积分。结果试验组治疗显效16例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67%;对照组治疗显效10例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率为80.00%;试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组局部体征评分及中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组局部体征评分(2.11±1.41)分、中医症候积分(3.61±1.29)分均低于对照组的(4.62±2.74)、(8.59±2.23)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合清带汤治疗老年阴道炎可有效改善患者带下性质及局部环境清洁度,增强免疫力,临床效果优异,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository combined with Qingdai decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with vaginitis were divided by envelope method into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository, and the experimental group was treated with Qingdai decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, integral of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and local signs before and after treatment in two groups was observed and compared. Results The experimental group had 16 excellent cases, 13 effective cases and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 96.67%. The control group had 10 excellent cases, 14 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 80.00%. The total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.043, P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in integral of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and local signs between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the local signs interval(2.11±1.41) points and integral of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(3.61±1.29) points in the experimental group was lower than(4.62±2.74) and(8.59±2.23) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of elderly vaginitis, Baofukang suppository combined with Qingdai decoction shows excellent clinical effect, and it can effectively improve the hypodermic nature and local environmental cleanliness of patients, enhance immunity. It is worthy of promotion.
