摘 要:研究了混炼顺序、共混比及PTFE对PE/POE/MVQ共混材料力学性能及加工性能的影响。结果表明,由POE/MVQ通过动态硫化共混法制备的热塑性弹性体材料(PMTPV)再与PE共混所得TPV的力学性能,较PE/POE/MVQ直接三元共混所得TPV的性能更优。增大PMTPV的用量,三元共混材料的拉伸性能、撕裂性能和硬度均下降,但拉断伸长率有所提升,熔体流动速率加快,接触角变大,表面张力降低;加入PTFE可明显改善材料表观质量。The effect of mixing sequence,blending ratio and adding PTFE on the properties of PE/POE/MVQ blends were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the blended materials could be improved by using the method of blending POE and MVQ into thermoplastic elastomer(PMTPV)and then blending with PE.With the increase of PMTPV in the PE/PMTPV compounds,the tensile strength,tear strength and hardness of the blends decreased,the elongation at break and MFR increased,the contact angle increased and the surface tension decreased;The appearance quality of the blended materials could be significantly improved by PTFE.
