摘 要:研究了助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)、三官能团丙烯酸酯(SR 519)以及高乙烯基聚丁二烯(Ricon 154D)、N,N′间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)对EVM/EPDM共混胶硫化特性、力学性能、耐热性能及耐油性能的影响。结果表明,添加TMPTMA、SR 519和HVA-2共混胶的t10、t90较添加TAIC和Ricon 154D的有明显缩短;添加TMPTMA和SR 519共混胶的综合力学性能较好,而加入HVA-2的较差;添加TAIC能改善共混胶的压缩永久变形性能,而添加Ricon 154D的共混胶具有最低的脆性温度。The effect of five kinds of additives,including triallylisocyanurate(TAIC),trimethylol propane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA),high vinyl poly(butadiene)(Ricon 154 D),trifunctional acrylate(SR 519),N,N′-phenylene bismaleimide(HVA-2)on curing characteristics,mechanical properties,ageing properties and oil resistance of EPDM/EVM vulcanizates were investigated.The results showed that EPDM/EVM blends with TMPTMA,SR 519 and HVA-2 co-agents had poor scorch safety.The mechanical property of TMPTMA and SR519 were higher than those of HVA-2 while the compression set was opposited.Moreover,the EPDM/EVM compound with TAIC had good compression set,and that with Ricon 154 D had the lowest degradation degree.
