摘　　要：通过采用子、母模设计理念,完成了对该类型地铁线路轨道减振器模具模块化设计,实现了同系列、不同尺寸规格轨道减振器产品,模具母模模架化、通用化、子母模块化设计,最大程度上降低了产品开发过程中模具制造成本。同时采用自动脱模机构,实现了产品自动脱模,提高了生产效率。实践证明,该模具具有良好的操作性及稳定性。By using cluster mold designing concept,the block-based design of metro line track damper was completed,the design of same series track damper mold shuttering was realized,and the mold manufacturing cost to the maximum extent was reduced.Meanwhile,by using the automatic demoulding mechanism,it increased the production efficiency.The results showed that the mould had high reliability and smooth production process.
