摘　　要：该文从项目驱动的角度,探讨民办高校提升核心竞争力的路径与保障措施,为民办高校实现转型发展,获得可持续竞争优势提供思路。通过对2019年中国民办本科院校竞争力排行榜中前100强院校的四川省内两所民办高校(四川传媒学院和成都东软学院)的案例分析,探讨民办高校如何通过校内、校外项目驱动提升核心竞争力,凝练办学特色,由单纯的就业率导向转向服务区域经济社会的综合影响力和行业话语权,实现可持续发展。This paper studies the ways and safeguards for private colleges to promote their core competitiveness from the perspective of project-driven,and provide ideas for private colleges to achieve transformation and development and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Through the case study of two private universities in Sichuan Province(Sichuan Media College and Chengdu East Soft College)in the top 100 of the competitiveness rankings of Chinese private undergraduate colleges in 2019,This paper explores how private colleges can enhance their core competitiveness through project-driven inside and outside,and change their employment rate orientation to serve the comprehensive influence of regional economy and society and the right of industry discourse,so as to condense the characteristics of running a college and achieve sustainable development.
