摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划教育是当前高校教育的一门重要课程,在“互联网+”背景下对藏族大学生开展大学生职业生涯规划教育,不仅可加强对学生的思想政治教育,还能为大学生未来的就业与发展奠定良好的基础。该文提出了实现大学生职业生涯规划网络化教育的必要性,并就当前藏族大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状进行分析,制定相应的教育策略,仅供参考。College Students'career planning education is an important course in higher education.Under the background of"Internet+",the Tibetan College Students'career planning education can not only enhance their ideological and political education,but also lay a good foundation for their future career and development.This paper puts forward the necessity of realizing the network education of College Students'career planning,analyses the current situation of Tibetan college students'career planning education,and formulates corresponding education strategies for reference only.
