摘　　要：作为大学生教育管理工作之中的重要组成部分,大学生职业生涯规划教育尤为关键,要想体现教学管理的实质作用及优势,高校必须要站在宏观的角度,了解大学生职业生涯规划教育的核心要素,抓住学生个性化成长发展的现实条件,更好地推动各项教学管理实践活动的正常开展。对此,该文站在宏观的角度,将理论分析与实践研究相结合,着眼于“互联网+”背景之下的大学生职业生涯规划教育现实情况提出相应的创新策略及要求,以期为实现学生的个性化成长和发展提供一定的借鉴。As an important part of college students'education management,college students'career planning education is particularly critical.To embody the essential role and advantages of teaching management,colleges and universities must stand in a macro perspective,understand the core elements of college students'career planning education,and seize the real conditions of students'personalized growth and development to better promote the normal development of various teaching management practice activities.In this regard,this paper,from a macro perspective,combines theoretical analysis with practical research,focuses on the actual situation of college students'career planning education in the context of"Internet+",and puts forward corresponding innovation strategies and requirements,so as to provide some reference for the realization of students'individualized growth and development.
