中国科研数据管理实践现状调研及对图书馆的启示

摘　　要：对中国科学数据管理实践进行现状调研,包括对国内数据管理相关政策调研,对科学数据独立出版模式的国家科学数据共享服务平台调研,对图书馆建立的机构数据管理仓储服务实践调研。基于调研结果对中国图书馆界的科学数据管理与共享服务进行SWOT分析,最后从与利益者对话、研究与咨询服务先行、支持数据关联与集成发现、建立科学数据仓储、建立数字学术平台等视角提出中国图书馆有效实施科学数据管理服务的路径。Investigation of the practices of China’s research data management was conducted,including survey on domestic data management related policies,investigation of performances and services of national research data sharing service platform and institutional data repository established by libraries,which both were based on research data independent publishing mode. Based on the results of the survey and analysis,it conducted SWOT analysis on research data management and sharing services of Chinese libraries,and provides recommendations for the effective implementation of resaerch data management services by Chinese libraries from the perspetives of dialogue with stakeholders,research and consulting services,supporting data accumulation and integration discovery,establishing data repository and digital scholarship platform.
