摘　　要：LibCrowds是英国国家图书馆2015年开展的众包项目,旨在面向全世界征集志愿者参与馆藏资源编目相关工作。4年来该项目已取得丰富的成果。该项目选择合适的众包任务,建立独立的众包平台,设计合理的运作流程,对志愿者采用线上宣传推广、开办交流会和讲座、设立积分榜等招募与激励机制,在众包前期、中期和后期都采取了有效的质量控制措施。LibCrowds项目的这些经验对我国图书馆众包项目的开展具有较大的参考价值。LibCrowds is a crowdsourcing project carried out by the British Library.It aims to recruit volunteers from all over the world to participate in the cataloguing of collections.Over the past four years,the project has achieved rich results.The project chooses suitable crowdsourcing tasks,establishes an independent crowdsourcing platform,designs a reasonable operation process,employs online publicity and promotion,organizes exchanges and lectures,establishes scoreboard and other recruitment and incentive mechanisms for volunteers,and adopts effective quality control measures in the early,middle and late stages of crowdsourcing.These experiences of LibCrowds project are of great reference significance to the development of crowdsourcing projects of libraries in China.
