阿尔茨海默病合并膝关节骨性关节炎的中医护理

摘　　要：目的研究阿尔兹海默病合并膝关节骨性关节炎疾病的中医护理措施。方法择取2017年11月—2018年10月期间于该院收治的14例阿尔兹海默病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受中医护理,从心理、饮食以及病情护理方面均采取优质护理,期间使用中药辨证施治,记录患者护理效果。结果患者接受护理后关节疼痛程度明显降低,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者接受护理后生活质量显著提升,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中医护理模式对阿尔兹海默症合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行护理,能够有效改善患者生活质量,值得在临床中应用推行。Objective To study the nursing measures of alzheimer’s disease combined with osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods Fourteen patients with alzheimer’s disease combined with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.All patients received TCM care,and quality care was adopted in terms of psychology,diet and disease care. During the treatment,TCM syndrome differentiation was used to record the nursing effect of patients.Results After receiving nursing care, the degree of joint pain was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After receiving nursing care,the quality of life of patients was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in the nursing of patients with alzheimer’s disease combined with knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
