自制水垫在预防老年ICU重症患者足部压疮的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究自制水垫用于预防老年ICU重症患者足部压疮的效果。方法随机择取该院ICU在2017年9月—2018年8月期间收治的74例老年重症患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式采取随机分组。改造组患者接受使用自制水垫进行预防压疮护理,普通组患者接受常规预防压疮护理,比较两组患者预防护理效果。结果改造组患者足部压疮发生率为8.11%,预防压疮效果优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改造组患者护理满意程度高于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用自制水垫可以有效预防老年ICU重症患者足部压疮,提升患者生活质量,建议在临床护理中使用。Objective To explore the effect of self-made water pad on preventing foot pressure sores in elderly ICU pa tients.Methods 74 cases of elderly patients with severe illness admitted to ICU of our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as research objects and randomly grouped according to nursing methods.Patients in the reform group received the use of self-made water pad for the prevention of pressure ulcer nursing,while patients in the ordinary group received the routine prevention of pressure ulcer nursing,and compared the prevention and nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of foot pressure ulcers in the reconstruction group was 8.11%,and the effect of preventing pressure ulcers was better than that in the general group,with statistically significant differ ence between groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the reconstruction group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-made water pad can effectively prevent foot pressure sores in the elderly ICU patients,improve the quality of life of patients,it is recommended to use in clinical nursing.
