摘　　要：目的探究心理护理干预在糖尿病足疼痛患者中的临床效果及VAS评分影响观察。方法该次研究选取2017年10月-2018年10月收治的110例患有糖尿病且伴随足疼痛的临床症状的患者,都是自愿参与此次研究调查的,平均分为两组,观察组和对照组,对分别应用常规护理、心理护理干预,将两组患者在护理效果、护理满意度、VAS评分进行对比观察。结果观察组的临床疗效高于对照组,护理满意度也优于对照组,治疗后的VAS评分也明显优于对照组,差异较大。结论心理护理干预在糖尿病足疼痛患者中的临床效果及VAS评分影响价值深刻,进一步促进了相关研究的发展。Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot pain and the effect of VAS score. Methods 110 patients with diabetes mellitus and clinical symptoms accompanied by foot pain were voluntarily involved in this study from October 2017 to October 2018. They were divided into two groups on average. The observation group and the control group were given routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention respectively. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and VAS score of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group. The VAS score after treatment was also better than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in diabetic foot pain patients in the clinical effect and VAS score has a profound impact, further promoting the development of related research.
