补骨续断胶囊在下肢骨折患者中的疗效观察及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补骨续断胶囊在下肢骨折患者中的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2015年8月-2018年11月治疗的下肢骨折患者74例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=37例)和观察组(n=37例)。所有患者均行手术治疗,对照组术后给予碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组采用补骨续断胶囊治疗,1个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组骨代谢水平、症状消失时间及安全性。结果两组手术后1个月OC、CT及tPINP水平,均高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术后1个月OC、CT及tPINP水平,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后纵向叩击痛、肿胀、压痛消失时间、临床骨折愈合时间,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗过程中腹胀、牙龈肿痛、烦躁、便秘、头晕嗜睡发生率比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将补骨续断胶囊用于下肢骨折患者中能改善骨代谢水平,缩短症状消失时间,药物安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Bugu Dipsacus Capsule in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 74 patients with lower limb fracture treated from August 2015 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=37 cases) and observation group(n=37 cases). All patients were treated by operation. The control group was treated with D3 calcium carbonate tablets after operation. The observation group was treated with Bugu Dipsacus Capsule. After one month treatment, the effect of the patients was evaluated. The bone metabolism level, the disappearance time of symptoms and the safety of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of OC, CT and tPINP in the two groups at 1 month after operation were higher than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of OC, CT and t PINP in the observation group at 1 month after operation were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of longitudinal tapping pain, swelling, tenderness and clinical fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension, gingival swelling and pain, irritability, constipation, dizziness and sleepiness between the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Bugu Dipsacus Capsule can improve bone metabolism level, shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in patients with lower limb fracture, and has high drug safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
