中医护理干预对预防股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析股骨颈骨折术后患者给予中医护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓影响.方法 将2018年2月—2019年2月在该院治疗80例股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为两组,每40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医护理干预,将两组肢体肿胀程度、骨折愈合时间和下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)对比.结果 术后第7天,观察组患肢肿胀程度(37.81±1.52)cm低于对照组(40.25±1.58)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间(36.64±2.25)d和DVT发生率10.00%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 股骨颈骨折术后患者给予中医护理干预措施,能够有效减少患者伤口愈合时间,降低DVT出现概率,缓解患者手术后肢体的肿胀程度.Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after postoperative femoral neck fracture.Methods Eighty patients with femoral neck fractures were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups. For every 40 patients,the control group received routine nursing care. The observation group was given Chinese medicine nursing intervention and the two groups of limbs were given. The degree of swelling, the time of fracture healing, and the comparison of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of the lower extremities.Results On the 7 th day after surgery, the degree of swelling of the affected limbs was(37.81±1.52) cm lower than that of the control group(40.25±1.58) cm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fracture healing time(36.64±2.25) d and the incidence of DVT in the observation group. 10.00%was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively reduce the time of wound healing, reduce the incidence of DVT, and alleviate the swelling of limbs after surgery.
