下肢疲劳性骨折X线诊断价值评价

摘　　要：目的评价下肢疲劳性骨折经X线诊断的价值.方法选该院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的65例下肢疲劳性骨折患者为对象,回顾性分析其经X线诊断病历资料,探讨诊断价值.结果65例疲患者中有16例患者的软组织出现轻度肿胀,患者均未表现出骨质疏松的症状,且骨皮质均无断裂征象.此外,共有39例患者在早期出现平行于骨干长轴的层状骨膜反应(范围2~6 cm),同时还有6例患者出现横行或短斜行的微小骨折线,而在中后期,有14例胫骨髁松质骨内可观察到呈水平条状的不规则高密度影像(宽约2~5 cm),个别患者还会出现呈球形状致密影.结论X线检测能够对下肢疲劳性骨折进行有效诊断,临床应用价值较高.Objective To evaluate the value of X-ray diagnosis of lower limb fatigue fracture. Methods Sixty-five patients with lower extremity fatigue fractures were selected as subjects from May 2018 to May 2019. The clinical data of X-ray diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed to explore the diagnostic value. Results Sixteen of the 65 patients with fatigue had mild swelling of the soft tissue. None of the patients showed symptoms of fracture porosity and no signs of fracture in the cortical bone. In addition, a total of 39 patients had a stratified periosteal reaction parallel to the long axis of the backbone(range 2-6 cm), and 6 patients had a slight fracture line with a transverse or short oblique line. In the middle and late stages, there were 14 An irregular high-density image(about 2~5 cm wide) with horizontal strips can be observed in the cancellous bone of the humerus, and individual patients may also have a spherical shape and dense shadow. Conclusion X-ray examination can effectively diagnose lower limb fatigue fractures and has a high clinical value.
