摘  要:目的探讨电刺激联合生物反馈疗法对女性压力性尿失禁症状改善及生活质量的影响。方法选取100例轻中度压力性尿失禁女性患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,对照组进行电刺激治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的尿失禁生活质量评分、1 h尿垫试验漏尿量及盆底综合肌力等指标,以及2组的疗效。结果治疗后,2组患者1 h尿垫漏尿量、盆底综合肌力以及生活质量评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组1 h尿垫漏尿量显著低于对照组,盆底综合肌力以及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on the improvement of symptoms and quality of life in female stress urinary incontinence.Methods Totally 100 female patients with mild tomoderate stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation,while the control group was treated with electricalstimulation.Before and after treatment,the quality of life score of urinary incontinence,urine leakage of 1 h pad test and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared as well.Results After treatment,the urinary pad leakage volume,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life score in both groups significantly improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The urinary pad leakage volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life score were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
