祛瘀生新胶囊药效学及急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨祛瘀生新胶囊的药效及急性毒性。方法采用最大给药量测定方法测定祛瘀生新胶囊对KM小鼠的半数致死量(LD50),采用角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛试验考察祛瘀生新胶囊的药效学。结果祛瘀生新胶囊对小鼠的LD50为38.5038 g/kg;与模型组比较,1.2,0.6,0.3 g/kg剂量的祛瘀生新胶囊均能明显改善模型小鼠足肿胀和疼痛程度。结论祛瘀生新胶囊具有抗炎镇痛作用,且毒性较小。Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of Quyushengxin Capsules.Methods The median lethal dose(LD50)of Quyushengxin Capsules to Kunming mice was determined by the method of maximum dose measurement,and the pharmacodynamics of Quyushengxin Capsules was investigated by carrageenan induced paw swelling and acetic acid induced-pain in mice.Results The LD50 of Quyushengxin Capsules to Kunming mice was 38.5038 g/kg.Compared with those in the model group,Quyushengxin Capsules at the dosage of 1.2,0.6 and 0.3 g/kg could significantly improve the swelling and pain degree of the foot of the model mice.Conclusion Quyushengxin Capsules have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects with less toxicity.
