高效液相色谱法同时测定维尔康胶囊中3种成分含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定维尔康胶囊中维生素B1、维生素C和甲基橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。结果维生素B1、维生素C和甲基橙皮苷进样量在0.250~1.502μg、2.500~15.001μg、0.500~3.002μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0.9990),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于2%,平均加样回收率分别为101.21%,98.83%,102.17%,RSD分别为1.47%,1.60%,1.06%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,精密度、稳定性、重复性好,可用于同时测定维尔康胶囊中3种成分的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B1,vitamin C and methyl hesperidin in Wei'erkang Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution-methanol(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,the column temperature was 25℃and the sample size was 10μL.Results The vitamin B1,vitamin C and methyl hesperidin showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 0.250-1.502μg,2.500-15.001μg and 0.500-3.002μg(r>0.9990).RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were all less than 2%,the average recoveries were 101.21%,98.83%,102.17%,RSDs were 1.47%,1.60%and 1.06%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and has good precision,stability and repeatability,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of three constituents in Wei'erkang Capsules.
