灯盏生脉胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗后循环脑梗死临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨灯盏生脉胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗后循环脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取山东中医药大学第二附属医院2016年12月至2018年9月收治的急性期后循环脑梗死患者105例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和研究组(53例)。两组患者均予依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注,研究组加服灯盏生脉胶囊,两组均连续治疗14 d。结果研究组总有效率为92.45%,明显高于对照组的78.85%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于治疗前,日常生活评定量表(Barthel指数)评分明显高于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)均明显大于治疗前,且研究组明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活自理能力、独立能力、生命质量、社会关系、心理健康及适应环境能力评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组患者明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(7.55%比17.31%,χ2=2.305,P=0.129>0.05)。结论灯盏生脉胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗后循环脑梗死疗效确切,能改善神经功能,提高日常能力,改善血脂,调节血小板参数,并有利于患者预后。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dengzhanshengmai Capsules combined with edaravone in the treatment of posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 105 patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=52)and the study group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were given intravenous drip of Edaravone Injection,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Dengzhanshengmai Capsules.Both groups were continuously treated for 14 d.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.45%,which was significantly higher than 78.85%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the scores of Barthel index in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet(PLT)count,mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-care ability,independence ability,quality of life,social relationship,mental health and environmental adaptability in the two groups were higher than th
